为全面贯彻落实市、区两级防范化解道路交通安全风险工作的部署要求，全量排查道路防护设施及隐患，镇平安办与交警部门开展实地踏勘工作。经勘查，发现临水临河防护缺失点位有86处，涉及牌楼村、长达村等12个村；道路安全隐患涉及鹤永路、航头路等9条路的部分路段。为化解道路交通安全风险，消除临水道路安全隐患，拟对镇域范围内的风险点位进行整改。主要实施内容包括：安装波形护栏2350m、0.75m高机非隔离护栏2496m、1.2m高中央隔离护栏2236m、红白桩1565根、轮廓标及标志标牌完善等。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
